Welcome to the Teamsters Western Region & Local 177 Health Care Plan!

The Plan’s Administrative Office is staffed by Southwest Service Administrators, a professional benefits management team dedicated to providing you unparalleled service.  If you have any questions about your benefits, call the office at  855-215-2039.
